Its objective is to facilitate access to projects and achievements of Japanese bioscience and bioindustry, based on public information in Japanese and Eniglsh language. A Newsticker highlights new media releases and is backed-up by information on bio-related activities in several hundred Japanese companiesand start-ups, in national, regional and private universitiesand on bioresearch done at national research centers such as, e. g., the National Institute of Genetics, JAMSTEC, and the RIKEN institutes. “Window-to-Japan” provides information on national programsrelated to bioscience and biotechnology, on industrial consortiaand on academic societies involved in this field.
